	Green Houses The greenhouses are in full production. We are raising micro greens, swiss chard, & various other small crops. This fall we should have the heated raised beds in place with the installation of the wood furnace.
Private Cabin We have recently acquired a small cabin. This summer a well and septic will be added to the building allowing for a full bath The cabin should be available for rental by September. It has a full kitchen, living dining area and a loft with 2 queen beds. The cabin is finished! It now has indoor plumbing ! Chuck spent the winter tiling the bathroom, running hot & cold water lines, installing the cedar ceiling, & finishing the attached sauna. It is quite the retreat.
	Spring Sugaring Spring of 2009 will bring us to a new adventure. We plan to tap the abundant birch trees on the property to make our own birch syrup.
Garden expansion: 2011 We are opening up ground on the 20 acre piece to expand potato production to include reds, bakers & Yukon Golds. Organic potatoes will be available for sale in the fall.
	Lodge We are working towards building a larger home at the top of the property. The road is in the works for this Spring. The road to the top is in place. What a view. Chuck is working on plans to fit the site. There are several benches with fantastic soil (for here). He has a few places with hard ledge that he has to work around. Thus the building plans are evolving.
